Request account deletion in the BerksGo app
You can request deletion of your BerksGo account directly from the app.
- Sign in to your BerksGo account.
- Open the Account section.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your account deletion request.
After the request is submitted, you will be signed out and your account deletion request will be processed.
Data deletion and retention
Account information and associated personal data will be deleted when the deletion request is processed. Certain information may be retained when necessary for legal, regulatory, financial, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
