This Privacy Policy explains how PistaNet Technologies LLC (“PistaNet,” “BerksGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information associated with the BerksGo website and, when launched, the BerksGo platform.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with BerksGo, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, account information, rider or driver profile information, trip-related information, support communications, and other information you choose to provide.
2. Location and trip information
When transportation features are available, BerksGo may process pickup locations, destinations, route information, device location data, and trip status information as needed to provide ride-matching, navigation, safety, support, and related services. Permission-based device location will be requested where required.
3. Payments
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. BerksGo does not intend to store full payment card numbers on its own servers when payment processing is handled by those providers.
4. How information may be used
We may use information to operate and improve the BerksGo platform, match riders and drivers, provide customer support, process transactions, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain safety and security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about the service.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, with riders or drivers when necessary to complete a trip, when required by law, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data retention
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the platform.
8. Your choices
You may contact us to ask questions about your information or available privacy choices. Additional account and privacy controls may become available as the BerksGo platform launches.
9. Children's privacy
BerksGo is not intended for children under 13 to create accounts independently. Additional age and rider eligibility requirements may apply to transportation services.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as BerksGo develops. The “Last updated” date will show when changes were made.
